Liar's Bar card and dice modes are built on classic bluffing game rules. You can play with real cards, dice, and friends around a table — no PC needed.

What You Need

• Liar's Deck: 20 cards (6 Kings, 6 Queens, 6 Aces, 2 Jokers).
• Liar's Dice: 5 dice and 1 cup per player.
• Revolver Replacement: Safe Chamber Deck of 6 cards per player.

Liar's Deck Rules

1. Deal: 5 cards to each player from the 20-card deck.
2. Declare Table Card: Choose King, Queen, or Ace. Jokers are wild.
3. Play Face-Down: Lay 1-3 cards face down and declare their rank (e.g., "Two Queens").
4. Challenge or Pass: The next player can challenge ("Liar!") or play their own cards. If challenged, flip the cards: if any card is not matching, the player loses; if all match, the challenger loses.
5. Draw Chamber Card: The loser draws a card from their Safe Chamber Deck. Repeat until one player remains.

Liar's Dice Rules

Each player rolls 5 dice under a cup and inspects only their own roll. Bid on total matching dice face values across the entire table. Clockwise players must either raise the bid or call "Liar!". Lift cups to count. If actual count is equal or higher, the challenger loses; if lower, the bidder loses.

The Safe Chamber Deck (Revolver Stand-in)

Give each player 6 blank index cards with 1 secretly marked X on the back. When losing a round, draw 1 card.

• Marked X Card: Player is eliminated.
• Blank Card: Discard and keep playing. Reshuffle to 6 cards for a new game.

How many players? 2 to 4 players for Liar's Deck; Liar's Dice can support more players by adding more dice and cups. Do I need a special deck? A standard 52-card deck works — just pull out Kings, Queens, Aces, and 2 Jokers.
